Innogate to Europe’s rol
Partner – Innogate to Europe’s role in this project focuses on integrating the perspective of the professional and business world in the development of the project’s methodologies and tools, so that they adapt to the real needs of the world of work and entrepreneurship.
Brief description and main results
Designing and delivering hybrid education, combining mixed learning (online and face-to-face), requires the teacher to put into practice skills, methodologies and tools that allow teaching to be adapted to an online environment, without losing the richness that the face-to-face format provides. .
The main objective of the FABLE project is to train teaching staff in this type of learning, facilitating their access to resources, systems and tools to face the digital transition in classes and combine in-person and remote teaching in the best possible way.
This project co-financed by Erasmus+ will implement a series of activities over 24 months. The specific objectives of the project are:
- Identify the needs and expectations of students and pupils, on the one hand, and teachers, educators and trainers on the other, about blended or hybrid learning and about training in this type of learning;
- Develop and test a methodology to transform face-to-face courses into mixed or hybrid courses, exploiting the benefits of this form of teaching, including a guide on distance learning tools to digitize classes and courses;
- Design, develop and implement a tool to train teachers on hybrid training, helping them design their own courses. This platform will have the purpose of facilitating the integration of the teaching and learning experience in face-to-face and online formats.
- Publish a White Paper to help education systems guide the digital transformation of their training through effective performance indicators.
Who can participate?
The project is aimed at teachers and trainers, mainly university professors, who wish to develop their skills and learn about methods and tools for the design and implementation of mixed or hybrid training.
