Use of Cookies

This website may use technical cookies (small information files sent by the server to the computer of the person accessing the website) to perform certain functions considered essential for the proper operation and display of the website.

The cookies used are temporary and serve solely to make browsing more efficient. Under no circumstances do these cookies, in themselves, provide personal data, nor will they be used to collect such data.

Cookies may also enable the server hosting the website to recognise the browser used by the user in order to facilitate browsing. For example, they may allow users who have previously registered to access areas, services, promotions or competitions reserved exclusively for registered users without having to register on every visit.

Cookies may also be used to measure audience figures, traffic parameters, and the progress and number of visits, among other purposes. In such cases, these cookies are not technically essential but may be beneficial to the user.

This website will not install non-essential cookies without the user’s prior consent.

Users may configure their browsers to receive alerts when cookies are received and to prevent cookies from being installed on their devices. Please consult your browser’s instructions for further information.

Linking Policy

This website may contain links that redirect users to content on third-party websites. As the DATA CONTROLLER cannot always control content published by third parties on their respective websites, it assumes no liability for such content.

In all cases, the DATA CONTROLLER will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international law, morality or public order and will immediately disable the link redirecting to the relevant website, notifying the competent authorities of the content in question.

The DATA CONTROLLER is not responsible for information or content stored in, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog platforms, comments, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.

However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, the DATA CONTROLLER makes itself available to all users, authorities and law enforcement agencies and actively cooperates in removing or, where appropriate, blocking any content that may affect or contravene national or international law, the rights of third parties, morality or public order.

If a user believes that the website contains any content that may fall into this category, they are requested to notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. In principle, its proper operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the DATA CONTROLLER cannot rule out the possibility of programming errors or circumstances beyond its control, natural disasters, strikes or similar events that may make access to the website impossible.

IP Addresses

The website’s servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user.

An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet.

All this information is recorded in a server activity log, which allows the data to be processed subsequently to obtain statistical measurements only, such as the number of page impressions, the number of visits to the web servers, the order of visits, the point of access and other similar information.
