Innovative education and training

We develop various support and training initiatives aimed at promoting business innovation and entrepreneurial training based on the European Framework of Entrepreneurship Competencies (EntreComp).

In 2015 Innogate to Europe promoted the ECO-SystemApp initiative, a pioneering project that contributed from its inception to the implementation of the European Entrepreneurship Skills Framework through an open online course, a peer-to-peer learning guide and a guide for exchanges between educators and entrepreneurs, which is echoed in the user guide “EntreComp into Action”,

launched by the European Commission. Since then, Innogate to Europe has contributed to the development of EntreComp through several pilot experiences aimed at both entrepreneurship trainers and entrepreneurs themselves, through complementary learning methodologies, such as the training of teachers and educators in different areas (formal learning and non-formal), the exchange of experiences, capacity building or learning through work.

Likewise, we have participated in the pilot experience of Non-formal Learning in Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (NFLinEYE), collected as an EntreComp case study by the European Commission “EntreComp at work”.

We are part of the EntreComp360 initiative, and the EntreComp Spain Community, and we actively contribute to the discussion groups of the EntreComp Europe Community, which is supported by the COSME program. We are one of the initial members of the EntreComp Community, in which we collaborate with training resources and relevant information on opportunities related to entrepreneurship education.

We are part of the Pact for Skills. We develop materials and activities for the development of competencies and skills, with special emphasis on soft skills, such as the training programs developed within the framework of the project Women Learning Together, SoftImprove or our collaboration in the mentoring and professional development program of WLead.
