Partner – Innogate to Europe participates in the development of training materials and project Guides, contributing its experience in managing peer-to-peer learning activities and learning based on work and real experiences.
Brief description and main results
The main objective of L2CREATE is to design, examine and evaluate a new Work-Based Learning (WBL) program within the European Creative and Cultural Industries (ICC).
L2C is based on the assumption that the current work environment is a powerful ecosystem for learning, whose potential can greatly benefit the labor market, as well as improve productivity and economic competitiveness.
L2C has designed and piloted in the participating countries (Poland, United Kingdom, Greece, Slovakia, Italy and Spain) an online learning course for vocational training teachers and trainers, with a methodology that includes workshops in which to put into practice the WBL method within the ICCs.
This course is complemented by a Guide for Facilitators and a Work-Based Learning Guide for professionals in the Creative and Cultural Industries.
