Brief description and main results
The principles of equality, inclusion and equity are part of the fundamental values of the European Union, and the new and limitless environment of hybrid and remote working (HRW) has created greater concern about a series of challenges, especially around inclusion and discrimination. The REWORK project aims to provide organizations with the support they need to mitigate these challenges coming from HRW and support them to prepare their organizations for the future.
Since HRW is here to stay, it is necessary to develop new training programs and tools for professionals with HR and personnel management responsibilities in large organizations, but also in SMEs that raise awareness about the emergence of biases and provide them with the knowledge and tools to make HRW more inclusive, as previous organizational practices may no longer be suitable for the new world of work.
REWORK will develop the following activities:
- A 3-day in-person modular training program
- A kit of tools and methodologies, metrics and evaluations
- An e-learning platform that includes a MOOC, learning routes and a digital coaching service
- Workshops with relevant actors for the development of the project
- An engagement toolkit
Who can participate?
- HR professionals, including internal training providers and organizational psychologists
- Managers and professionals who manage personnel
- Managers and directors of SMEs
- External vocational training providers
