  • Brief description and main results

    Women Learning Together is an Erasmus+ initiative that involves partners from Belgium, North Macedonia, Italy, Ireland and Spain. The project has been created for women, between 35-55 years of age, with the aim of supporting and recognizing their skills and competencies and enhancing their employment opportunities, professional growth and self-employment. The project activities are designed to promote learning, support and inspiration among women with ideas for value creation.

    This project co-financed by Erasmus+ will implement a series of activities over 30 months. The specific objectives of the project are:

    • Offer free access to innovative training pathways for women between 35 and 55 years old, especially those who face specific difficulties and barriers, that complement and link with the training available at the national level;
    • Recognize and value the skills and experience acquired throughout life, family, in the professional field, through self-employment or entrepreneurship.
    • Promote peer networks to increase and strengthen confidence, self-esteem, and the feeling of self-efficacy.
    • Develop and recognize new skills that open new paths or careers through employment or self-employment.
      Raise awareness of the potential labor market impact of skills-based development for women aged 35-55.
    • Focus on how women can develop ideas and initiate entrepreneurial actions that can create social, cultural and economic value to address social challenges.
