Erasmus+ KA2: Small Scale Partnerships

Support to the Madrid Network Association in the preparation, launch and execution of the project

The project aims to promote the training (reskilling/upskilling) of women to promote them as entrepreneurs and managers in a process of changing their professional career.

It will develop a training and mentoring platform to help update the entrepreneurial and business skills of the women participating in the project. Both entities will emerge stronger from this collaboration, which will result in better achievement of the objectives proposed in this project. The Spanish part will benefit from all the experience in the internationalization and training of companies, and the Belgian part will know and will be able to include in its work a new approach to the dissemination and networking activities currently carried out by Madrid Network.

The project is aimed at women over 30 years of age, both residents of Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg. Each of these groups has specific characteristics and needs, but they share many of them: the desire to progress in their careers, both at the managerial level and at the entrepreneurial level. The profile is that of professionals who want to give a boost to their professional careers that will help them develop their soft skills and improve their entrepreneurial abilities.

Who can participate?

The project is aimed at women over 30 years of age residing in Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg who want to progress in their professional career, either through employment, self-employment, change or promotion to management level.
