    Partner – Innogate to Europe leads the activity in which the terminology and classification of the soft skills to be developed in the project are defined, evaluating their impact on employability, professional development and entrepreneurship. Participates in the ideation and development of training materials and in the organization of a workshop in Madrid, involving Spanish participants in the project activities.

  • Brief description and main results

    The goal of SoftImprove is to provide professionals and entrepreneurs with the knowledge and practice of soft skills necessary to increase their employability, improve their prospects in their professional careers and increase their chances of professional success.

    This project co-financed by Erasmus+ will implement a series of activities over 36 months. The specific objectives of the project are:

    • Define soft skills, decipher the role they play in improving employability, career and business and evaluate the needs and expectations of professionals and entrepreneurs in relation to soft skills training;
    • Specify and develop a methodology that combines face-to-face and distance learning for soft skills training, along with tools to monitor and evaluate student progress;
    • Develop a soft skills training course that combines theoretical knowledge, training, gamification and peer feedback, to be tested, evaluated and refined;
    • Build a soft skills distance learning platform composed of specifically adapted and developed content;
    • Promote a generation of professionals and entrepreneurs who are knowledgeable and well trained in soft skills, with the message that soft skills are as important as more technical skills (hard skills) and can be improved through learning.

    Who can participate?

    • Busy and unemployed professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs with their company already created, who want to improve their soft skills to increase their employability, improve their prospects in the world of work or increase the chances of success of their businesses.
    • Students, recent graduates and alumni looking for work, wanting to boost their career or start their business.
    • Companies of any size, NGOs, associations to provide business cases.
