Erasmus+ KA2: Strategic alliances

Partner – Innogate to Europe leads the study of the needs of the project’s target groups, as well as the development of an “Artificial intelligence use library” aimed at facilitating the understanding of the use of artificial intelligence by various users not necessarily familiar with the subject. Likewise, it integrates the perspective of the world of business and professionals from different fields in the content of the training materials.

PEPAICO aims to provide students, professionals and entrepreneurs with the necessary means and sufficient knowledge and tools that allow them to face the challenges posed by the emergence of artificial intelligence and exploit the wide range of opportunities that this technology offers, either as novel products or innovative means to update processes.

Multiple studies reveal how Artificial Intelligence is gaining more and more weight in different areas such as economic, social or even political. To help the different targets of the project, PEPAICO aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Typify the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats that each type of employability, career and business technologies bring;
• Specify and develop a modular methodology that combines face-to-face teaching and distance learning to train students, employed and unemployed professionals, and aspiring and confirmed entrepreneurs on artificial intelligence along with tools to monitor and evaluate student progress;
• Develop training on Artificial Intelligence that combines theoretical knowledge, practical skills and gamification;
• Build a distance learning platform on Artificial Intelligence composed of online content developed and adapted to target groups using the microlearning methodology;
• Promote a generation of students, professionals and entrepreneurs to be knowledgeable and well trained in Artificial Intelligence through a clear message, Artificial Intelligence can lead to improved employability, professional momentum and business opportunities.

Who can participate?

The main target groups of the project are students, professionals and entrepreneurs who wish to benefit from AI. Whether to develop your business, improve your value chain or boost your professional career.

Another target group is companies. Specifically, the personnel in charge of developing and implementing AI plans, particularly, but not exclusively, professionals in information systems departments.

The third target group is made up of all staff whose functions can benefit from AI adoption, which actually includes all professionals with business functions: marketing, human resources, research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
